Fixed so that hash adding for local approval should happen sooner if device is moved out of OTP early. Also minor fixes with timestamping of hash additon to use local time instead of epoch, and str matching for local approval allow list finding df52a4f0b0

Fixed several logic issues / generation of secondary paths. Cleaned up Policy Prep text to be accurate to current functionality. Fixed issue with going back from policy prep menu. Switched to logging.dict from standard logging config. f8302e15c1

Final Commit on this branch, TUI upgrade. Further work on Rust Implementation. Rust branch was branched a commit earlier, first commit by me on that branch will be to replicate the TUI change here e6a38888dd
